At Kingdom Poster, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we offer a 30-day free return policy.

30-Day Returns

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order. To start a return, please contact us at support@kingdomposter.com and include your order number and the reason for the return. We will provide instructions for returning your item.

Returned items should be unused and in their original condition and packaging when possible.

Damaged, Incorrect, or Defective Items

All orders include shipping protection. If your poster arrives damaged, has printing errors, or you receive the wrong item, we will replace it or issue a refund.

To help us resolve the issue quickly, please send:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos of the poster
  • Photos showing the damage, printing error, or issue

This allows us to verify the problem and arrange a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.

Refund Processing

Once your return is received and inspected, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Shipping Costs

Return shipping is covered for damaged, defective, or incorrect items. If a return is requested for another reason, customers may be responsible for return shipping costs.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address at checkout. If an incorrect address is provided and the order has already been processed or shipped, we may not be able to issue a refund or replacement.
