We process orders quickly to ensure fast delivery. If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible after placing it.
Once an order has entered production, we may not be able to modify or cancel it.
Yes. Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email so you can follow your package.
Once your order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation sent to the email address you provided at checkout. If you don’t see it shortly after ordering, please check your spam or junk folder. If you still can’t find it, feel free to contact us and we’ll be happy to help confirm your order.
If you placed an order but didn’t receive a confirmation email, it may be because the email address was entered incorrectly or the email landed in your spam folder. Please check there first. If you still cannot find it, contact us here and we can verify whether an order was placed under your name and resend the confirmation.
If you entered incorrect details such as your address or email, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to update the information before your order is processed. If the order has already been produced or shipped, additional delivery costs caused by incorrect information may be the customer’s responsibility.
If you need to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We process orders quickly, so cancellations are not always guaranteed once production has started. We will always do our best to help if you reach out promptly.
We are usually unable to modify an order once it has been placed. However, if you contact us quickly, we may be able to cancel the order before production begins so you can place a new order with the correct details.
Most orders arrive within 2–5 business days depending on your location. Please allow 1–3 business days for production before shipment.Once your order ships, you will receive tracking information.
Flower Poster is based in the United States. To ensure fast and reliable delivery internationally, we work with trusted print facilities in the UK, and Australia.
This international production network allows us to print and ship your artwork from the location closest to you, reducing delivery times and ensuring high print quality.
We offer free shipping on all orders over USD 50.
For orders under USD 50, shipping costs are calculated based on the total weight of your prints.
Yes. We offer free shipping on orders over $50. Shipping costs and thresholds will be displayed at checkout.
All prints are carefully rolled and shipped in protective packaging, either a heavy-cardboard tube or triangle, designed to keep your artwork safe during transit. Every shipment is also covered by shipping protection, meaning you are protected if the package is lost or damaged in transit.
To protect your artwork during shipping, we package a maximum of 5 posters per tube. If your order contains more than five prints, it will be split into multiple packages.
This means you may receive two separate shipments and two tracking numbers. The remaining posters are usually delivered shortly after the first package.
If your package was damaged or left outside by the courier, please contact us and include clear photos of both the packaging and the prints so we can see the condition.
Once we review the photos, we will arrange a replacement print for you as quickly as possible.
We offer a 30-day free return policy. If you are not satisfied with your order, you may request a return within 30 days of receiving your print.To start a return, contact us at support@kingdomposter.com with your order number.
All orders include shipping protection.If your poster arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days and include:
• Your order number
• Photos of the poster
• Photos showing the damage or printing issue.
We will review the issue and send a replacement or refund.
If you’re not completely satisfied with your print, simply contact us within 30 days and we’ll be happy to help arrange a refund or replacement.
We aim to process refunds as quickly as possible, usually within 2-5 businessdays after we have received the returned item or proof that the return has been shipped.
Refunds are always issued to the same payment method used when placing the order. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take a few additional days for the refund to appear in your account.
Notice: We do not refund shipping costs
Invoices are not sent automatically. If you need a copy of your invoice, please contact our customer support and we will gladly provide it.
No, posters and frames are sold separately. To frame your artwork, simply select a frame in the same size as your poster. One frame is needed for each print.
When ordering frames with your print, we will professionally insert the print into the frame before shipping, so it is ready-to-hang upon arrival
Our Premium Wooden Frames are made from high-quality natural wood, designed to give your artwork a timeless and elegant look.
Each frame includes lightweight acrylic glass, which is durable and safer than traditional glass while still providing excellent clarity.
All frames come with pre-installed hanging hardware on the back, allowing you to hang them either vertically or horizontally depending on the orientation of your poster. Please note that different wall types may require specific screws or wall plugs.
All Kingdom Poster prints are produced on thick, museum-grade paper with rich colors and sharp detail.Each piece is carefully printed and packaged to ensure it arrives safely and ready to frame.
Frames are not included unless specified on the product page.
