Orders

Can I track my order?

Once your order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation with a link to your track and trace.


How do I know my order went through?

Once your order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation sent to the email address you provided at checkout. If you don’t see it shortly after ordering, please check your spam or junk folder. If you still can’t find it, feel free to contact us and we’ll be happy to help confirm your order.


I didn't receive an order confirmation?

If you placed an order but didn’t receive a confirmation email, it may be because the email address was entered incorrectly or the email landed in your spam folder. Please check there first. If you still cannot find it, contact us here and we can verify whether an order was placed under your name and resend the confirmation.


What if I have entered incorrect information?

If you entered incorrect details such as your address or email, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to update the information before your order is processed. If the order has already been produced or shipped, additional delivery costs caused by incorrect information may be the customer’s responsibility.


Can I cancel my order?

Provide answers to common questions your audience might have. It can help reduce customer support inquiries and improve their overall experience.


Can I change my order after payment?

We are usually unable to modify an order once it has been placed. However, if you contact us quickly, we may be able to cancel the order before production begins so you can place a new order with the correct details.

Shipping & delivery

How much does shipping cost?

We offer free shipping on all orders over USD 75.
For orders under USD 75, shipping costs are calculated based on the total weight of your prints.


How long does shipping take?

Your artwork is printed locally for faster delivery. Most orders arrive within 2–5 business days after shipping, depending on your location. Production usually takes 1–2 business days before the order is shipped. You will receive tracking information as soon as your order leaves the print facility.


Where are your prints produced?

Flower Poster is based in the United States. To ensure fast and reliable delivery internationally, we work with trusted print facilities in the UK, and Australia. This international production network allows us to print and ship your artwork from the location closest to you, reducing delivery times and ensuring high print quality.


How is my print packaged?

All prints are carefully rolled and shipped in protective packaging, either a heavy-cardboard tube or triangle, designed to keep your artwork safe during transit. You can also add shipping protection, meaning you are protected if the package is lost or damaged in transit.


Why didn’t all my posters arrive in the same package?

To protect your artwork during shipping, we package a maximum of 5 posters per tube. If your order contains more than five prints, it will be split into multiple packages.

This means you may receive two separate shipments and two tracking numbers. The remaining posters are usually delivered shortly after the first package.


What if my package was damaged by the courier during delivery?

If your package was damaged or left outside by the courier, please contact us and include clear photos of both the packaging and the prints so we can see the condition.

Once we review the photos, we will arrange a replacement print for you as quickly as possible.

Returns & Guarantees

What if I receive the wrong size or change my mind?

We offer a 30-day return policy. If the size isn’t right or you change your mind, simply contact us within 30 days and we’ll help arrange a return and exchange.


What if my order arrives damaged?

If your print arrives damaged, please contact us and include a photo of the issue. We will send you a replacement as quickly as possible.

If you’re not completely satisfied with your print, simply contact us within 30 days and we’ll be happy to help arrange a refund or replacement.

Payments & Refunds

When will I receive my refund?

We aim to process refunds as quickly as possible, usually within 2-5 business days after we have received the returned item or proof that the return has been shipped.


How will my refund be issued?

Refunds are always issued to the same payment method used when placing the order. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take a few additional days for the refund to appear in your account.

Can I receive an invoice for my order?

Invoices are not sent automatically. If you need a copy of your invoice, please contact our customer support and we will gladly provide it.

Frames

Are frames included when I buy a poster?

No, posters and frames are sold separately. To frame your artwork, simply select a frame in the same size as your poster. One frame is needed for each print.
When ordering frames with your print, we will professionally insert the print into the frame before shipping, so it is ready-to-hang upon arrival


What are the frames made of?

Our Premium Wooden Frames are made from high-quality natural wood, designed to give your artwork a timeless and elegant look.
Each frame includes lightweight acrylic glass, which is durable and safer than traditional glass while still providing excellent clarity.


How do I hang the frames?

All frames come with pre-installed hanging hardware on the back, allowing you to hang them either vertically or horizontally depending on the orientation of your poster. Please note that different wall types may require specific screws or wall plugs.
